ACC Committee
Architectural Control

If you plan to make any home improvements please remember that committee approval is required. The ACC Committee reviews and approve/deny on all requests. This includes but not limited to patios, cement slabs, sheds, etc. Please keep in mind that this approval also includes storage, utility buildings, porches, tall pay equipment, gazebos, etc.

All construction exterior to the home must be submitted to the ACC for approval PRIOR to initiating construction. You must allow at least thirty days from date of submission for the committee to review and respond back to the individual requesting ACC approval.

In general, to be considered for approval by the ACC the structure/item must be less than eight feet tall with an area less than 120 square feet.
